Brandon's Memorial Book:  12/27/10

 

To Brandon's Family,

I am very sorry to hear of Brandon's passing.  While he was at North Mesquite, he shared his talent,work ethic,and competitive spirit, which sparked a team to play unselfishly for the sake of winning as a team.  I suppose he didn't feel like Mesquite was home, but his time here impacted many.  I was raised in a basketball coach's family, so we moved several times, and my sister went to a new school her senior year.  I think that is why I had a soft spot for Brandon and followed that year's team a little more closely.  I will pray for your healing during this difficult time.  God is always near.

Please thank Brandon for letting Scott and I come to visit him last Sunday.

We got so much inspiration from his outlook and bravery. He is such a special person. He is touching so many lives through his fight and can’t imagine what an impact his example is for others.

We continue to pray and hold you guys up to the Lord.

Brandon's Memorial Book: 12/27/10

 

 I want to thank Brandon for allowing me to come and visit. He is a wonderful young man. You have such a lovely family. Please let him know that I cherish each time I get to see him. I remember visiting at the house too with him when I would bring things over. I am so blessed to have you all in my life and my family’s lives. Brandon holds a very special place in my heart. Words can’t describe my feelings and thoughts. I am not very good with words, but know that I hold you all very near and dear to my heart. I also enjoyed visiting with Sandra. She is such a lovely person, and I can tell you guys are sisters.

I love you my friend.

Hug Brandon for me please.
